SCRANTON, SC – One person was killed and another was injured in a car accident near Florence on Tuesday morning, Honk News reports.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, two vehicles were driving in opposite directions on West Camp Branch Road near US 52 when they collided.
The vehicle driving west, a Honda, crossed the center line and collided with the vehicle driving east, a Dodge Ram.
The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Dodge Ram was taken to an area hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
