HORRY COUNTY, SC – According to WMBF, a person was hospitalized after a driver crashed into a utility pole near Enterprise Rd and Mill Creek Rd on Saturday.
The driver slammed into the pole around 11:30 a.m. The collision damaged the pole and downed power lines.
Rescue crews transported one person to an area hospital. Their current condition is unknown.
Utility crews repaired the pole and the power lines.
The incident is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
