FLORENCE, SC – One person was hospitalized after being ejected from their vehicle in a multi-vehicle crash in Florence on Sunday afternoon.

According to WPDE, the crash took place at the intersection of Church Street and Cheves Street at about 12:41 p.m.

Police say the driver of a truck was heading east when they ran a stop light and collided with a Jeep.

At least one person was ejected from their vehicle in the crash. However, their injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening at this time.

The truck’s driver was cited for Disregarding a Traffic Control Device.
