MONCKS CORNER, SC – The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that happened at Black Tom Road and Black Tom Road Ext on Saturday, according to WCBD
A 17-year-old male from Summerville was driving a Nissan Altima north on Black Tom Rd when he strayed off the road and slammed into a power pole around 11:48 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the driver dead at the scene. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
