DILLON COUNTY, SC – A tow truck driver was killed in a hit-and-run Sunday night on I-95, WMBF reports.
The incident occurred on I-95 northbound near mile marker 196 around 11:30pm Sunday, November 7.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the tow truck driver was outside of their vehicle when they were struck by a car that fled the scene.
The name of the victim has not ben released.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
