SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SC – Police responded to a hit-and-run that involved injuries on US 221 on Friday night.
The incident occurred on US 221 near Burke Avenue on Friday, November 12.
According to the South Carolina Department of Safety, the call for the accident was received at 7:59pm.
