RICHLAND COUNTY, SC – According to WIS, the South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a collision involving a firetruck that happened at Wilson Blvd and Summerhill Dr on Wednesday.

The firetruck driver was responding to a call when they slammed into a brick structure on Wednesday morning.

Rescue crews treated one firefighter for minor injuries. The other firefighter on the fire truck was not hurt.

Nobody else was hurt in the incident.
